Hey Allen, how the heck have you been? You still down in that perfect Mimico-by-the-Lake location, on that huge corner lot with the party deck and hot tub? Still have the main level with hardwood floors, powder room, gas fireplace and oversized kitchen? I loved your front sun room too, with all the windows and sky lights. Are you still enjoying that perfect 2nd level with 3 big bedrooms, original hardwood and updated bathroom - soaking in that jacuzzi tub every night? I would! How's the basement? Putting the washer and dryer at the top of the stairs just off the kitchen was genius, it left more room for us to play mini sticks on that ultra durable wide-plank laminate. Watching Leaf's games down there was epic, very smart to have another full bath on that level. Well, keep in touch, we'd love to see you. You were always the perfect Mimico house in our eyes.
